That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Confirming Price
Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your basket. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.
With respect to items sold by CC-Inc, we cannot confirm the price of an item until we receive your order.
What we do about mis-pricing
Despite our efforts, a small number of our products may be mis-priced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.
If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product.
